FBLA is a business Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO), driving thousands of students. FBLA’s mission is to shape students across middle school, high school, and college as future leaders, entrepreneurs, and collaborative team players through educational opportunities and competitive events.

The National Leadership Conference offers a platform for the best and brightest to compete in leadership events, share triumphs, and gain fresh insights for shaping their career paths.
Exciting Volunteer Opportunities–multiple shifts available:
- VIRTUAL Competitive Event Pre-Judge - Collegiate 5/5 through 5/19
Virtually pre-evaluate student presentations for FBLA's 100+ national competitions. VIRTUAL ONLY
- IN-PERSON Competitive Event Judges - Collegiate 5/31, 6/1 & 6/2
Evaluate student presentations for FBLA's 100+ national competitions at the National Leadership Conference in Dallas, TX.
- Resume Reviewer – Collegiate 5/31 & 6/1
Offer constructive feedback on resumes and guide students through informal interviews.
